Southern Sinfonia Board
The Southern Sinfonia is administered by an incorporated society, the Dunedin Civic Orchestra Inc. A Board comprising prominent and influential local businessmen and women, governs the orchestra.

The Foundation administers an Endowment Fund to solicit funds for investment to ensure the Sinfonia's long-term financial stability and growth.

In 1998, an active volunteer group, Friends of the Sinfonia was established, and it undertakes a number of activities complementing the Sinfonia's performances.
